7 Mountain Cultural Transformation in Bend, Oregon at Ekballo
We are believing God for nothing short of regional revival and increase in Central Oregon. The small town of Bend sitting alongside the Deschutes River, located in the high desert, below the Three Sisters dormant Volcanoes.
The eruption in the Holy Spirit as the Glory of God increases on the region. Ekballo Bend at Eagle Mountain Church is a new extension of the Ekballo Vision already taking place in Naalehu, Hawaii. Prophetic battle intercessors gather for a season of worship, discipleship and prayer to see the transformation of culture – the hearts of people turning to Jesus Christ and His redemption through the Cross.

Morningstar Ministries in Ft. Mill, SC is the covering organization for the Ekballo Movement fueled by the prayers and vision of Lou Engle, Chris Berglund and many others. Scott and Michelle Flora are the leaders at the Bend, Oregon base located in the business district retail stretch underneath “Boot Barn”.
Even the Ekballo base and Eagle Mountain Church’s location is significant. Lower Level, 2221 NE 3rd St. Ste. 100, Bend, OR 97701. Sandwiched in between “Absolute Horse” (Revelation 19:11-21 “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.”) and “Wedding” (Revelation 19:9 “And the angel said to me, ‘Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’ And he said to me, ‘These are true words of God.’”); underneath “Boot Barn” (Exodus 3:4-5 “When the Lord saw that he had turned aside to see, God called to him out of the bush, ‘Moses, Moses!’ And he said, ‘Here I am.’ Then he said, ‘Come no closer! Remove the sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.’”)
The number of the Ekballo-Eagle Mountain street address is more than meaningful here 2221.
2221 – The last verse in the Bible is Revelation 22:21 – “The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all the Saints. Amen.”
In Isaiah 22:21 and following, Eliakim son of Hilkiah is the (ELIAKIM ( = “El [God] sets up,”) and his office is “over the household”. “On that day I will call my servant Eliakim son of Hilkiah, and will clothe him with your robe and bind your sash on him. I will commit your authority to his hand, and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and to the house of Judah.”
Vs.22-”I will place on his shoulder the key of the house of David; he shall open, and no one shall shut; he shall shut and no one shall open”.
Certainly Eliakim also had a financial assignment over the household. Not suprisingly, Eagle Mountain Church recently hosted Hub Nation Conference as a strategic accelerator and mobilization summit outlining trends, technologies, business ideas and models designed to align leaders and strategic initiatives around answering: How do we fulfill the Great Commission in our lifetime?
Along with the passage in Isaiah also reference Revelation 3:7-8, the word to the missionary church in Philadelphia “These are the words of the holy one, the true one, who has the Key of David, who opens and no one will shut, who shuts and no one will open. I know your works. Look I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut. I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.”
Proverbs 22:21 – “to show you what is right and true, so that you may give a true answer to those who sent you?”
Psalm 22:21 – “save me from the mouth of the lion.”
Acts 22:21 – Then he said to me, “Go for I will send you far away to the Gentiles.”
Pray! Ekballo!: A Prayer Revolution For The Great Harvest
Ekballo – Strong’s #1544:ekballo (pronounced ek-bal’-lo) from 1537 and 906; to eject (literally or figuratively):–bring forth, cast (forth, out), drive (out), expel, leave, pluck (pull, take, thrust) out, put forth (out), send away (forth, out).
Luke 10:1-3 “After this the Lord appointed seventy others and sent them on ahead of him in pairs to every town and place where he himself intended to go. He said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. Go on your way. See, I am sending you out like lambs into the midst of wolves.”
Used 82 times in the Scriptures.
The crux of the matter is with laborers sent out into the harvest emboldened and covered with the love and authority of Jesus Christ taking ground, drawing fire and accessing the courts of heaven to bring transformation into broken hearts of people and society – in Central Oregon, Bend, Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland and beyond. Ekballo Bend and Ekballo Hawaii do just that – prayers that the Lord of the Harvest would “ekballo” (thrust out in fervent dynamic fashion) laborers in to the harvest.
Certainly we see regionally the likes of Redding, California’s Bethel Church and the related Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) as a larger scale ministry and training center in alignment with the northern move into the…
Pacific Northwest through the Bend-Redmond Oregon region. Bend and Redding are sister cities.
The Sacramento River “bends” through Redding and the Deschutes River, “of the falls”, travels through Bend. However an important note here, the City of Bend, wealth, layout, business development and operations are an economically advanced model for her impoverished sister Redding. This is why the scope and extent of Bethel and other local churches is vastly underrated among Redding and Shasta County locals. Redding’s historical decline needs the massive Spirit directed overhaul now taking place. (** Good Article on Fox News – Pastor Bill Johnson on the recipe for revival, how Bethel Church exploded onto the global scene)
Prophetic warnings have also come for Bend, Oregon related to the Three Sisters 10,000 foot peaks volcanic landscapes and possible eruption from the South Sister known as “Charity”.

Volcanic Eruption For Oregon Warning
** This goes back to 1997 by Bobby Conner with interpretation by Rick Joyner – Very interesting to fast forward to our present time and take an assessment – It’s Coming Down The Track And Around The Bend
Three Sisters Volcanic Mountains overlooking Bend, Oregon
North Sister is “Faith” and the Middle Sister is “Hope”. How interesting.
The Bend Ekballo Missions Base along with Eagle Mountain and other area churches can be a prophetic picture of Eliakim’s “Fathering” (over Jerusalem and Judah) the region of the Three Sisters “Faith, Hope and Charity”. Taking it further the three sisters are seen in Ezekiel chapter 16 as indictments against the sins of Jerusalem, Samaria and the sister of the South – Sodom. Thus the volcanic sister known as “Charity” symbolizes the highest purpose of Christian service found in 1 Corinthians 13 “agape love” (Faith, Hope and Love). Contrasted against the sin of Sodom in Ezekiel 16:49 “This was the guilt of your sister Sodom; she and her daughters had pride, excess of food, and prosperous ease, but did not aid the poor and needy.”
Pulling all of this together we see in the Bend, Oregon Ekballo – Eagle Mountain mission statement spiritual Mothers and Fathers carrying out in the region of the Three Sisters the call to love the City of Bend and the inhabitants, the homeless, the broken and the culture at large.
“We are a Tribe establishing kingdom culture by Empowering World Changers to release Heaven On Earth in every sphere of society. As you prepare to come and host His presence with us, here are a few phrases that describe the culture you will encounter: Intimacy with God, Extravagant Love, Carriers of His Presence, Cultivating Deep Relationships, Reaching The Lost, Kingdom Culture, Training and Equipping, Transforming Society.” – Quote – Ekballo Bend
In fact the (7M) 7 Mountain Mandate (business, government, media, entertainment, family, education and religion) Ekballo base is positioned in central Oregon, poised if you will, in the flow of the Pacific Northwest alignment of seven volcanic mountains traversing the Cascade region starting with Redding’s nearby Mt. Shasta (Media) in California to the Oregon volcanoes of Mt. McLoughlin (Business), Crater Lake (Mt. Mazama) (Religion), Newberry Volcano (Education), Three Sisters (Family), Mt. Jefferson (Government) and Mt. Hood (Entertainment). Links to the historical significance and names of the mountains are given and you can research as to why the names were chosen.
Redding Prophetic stands with Ekballo Bend and other ministries to participate in what God is doing in Bend, Oregon.
Exciting times ahead!
